Our History

Twelve individuals applied for a state chartered credit union on July 17, 1968 in the name of St. Jules Credit Union.  St. Jules Credit Union is a cooperative, not-for-profit financial institution organized to promote thrift (savings) and provide credit (loans) to members.   Originally the credit union was established to serve the Parishioners of St. Jules Catholic Church.  Through the years the credit union’s field of membership has expanded to include many other Catholic Church Parishioners. The credit union started with one staff member in a small one room office at St. Jules Catholic Church.  Through the years we have expanded to a building of our own and to a knowledgeable staff team of six.  St. Jules Credit Union now offers a large variety of Share (savings) and Loan Products, and our staff is willing and available to assist you with your financial needs, questions, and concerns.
