Directors & Committee Information:

St. Jules Credit Union is MEMBER OWNED, and is controlled by the membership elected Board of Directors.  These seven Directors serve as the governing body of the credit union by setting policies within accordance to state and federal rules and regulations. These Directors also plan for the future direction of the credit union in accordance to the growing financial needs of our membership. We have three volunteer members that make up the Supervisory Committee and who are also elected by fellow credit union members.  This committee is responsible for insuring that the credit union is complying with state and government regulations and board approved policies, as well as insuring that the credit union is operating with sound business and accounting practices.  We have three volunteer members that make up the Credit Committee and who are elected by the Board of Directors to oversee loans according to Board approved policies.  We have four volunteer members that make up the Personnel Committee and who are elected by the Board of Directors to oversee the staff needs, issues, and performance, to review the personnel policy, and when necessary make recommendations for change to the Board of Directors.  Our Board Members, Supervisory Committee Members, Credit Committee Members, Personnel Committee Members, all provide their services wholly in a volunteer capacity.
